We collect information to provide better astrological services to all our users. Specifically, we collect:

Profile & Astrological Data

To perform astrological calculations (such as birth charts, Panchang, and horoscope predictions), you can create profile cards within the App. This requires inputting birth details, including Name, Date of Birth, Time of Birth, and Place or Coordinates of Birth.

Device Location Data

With your permission, the App accesses your device's location to determine your current coordinates. This information is processed to display accurate local daily Panchang details (such as Tithi, Nakshatram, Rahu Kalam, etc.) relative to your current location.

Chat Logs

Queries and questions you type into the AI Astrologer assistant are processed to generate response scripts. These queries help our AI agent provide contextual responses.

Your privacy is our utmost priority. Here is how we manage and secure your data:

Server-Side Storage

Saved user profiles (including Name, DOB, TOB, and POB) are stored securely on our backend servers. This allows you to sync your profiles across multiple devices and receive consistent birth charts and calculations.

Privacy Guarantee

We maintain strict industry-standard security protocols. All saved profiles are encrypted and kept strictly private. We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal data, birth charts, or query histories to any third-party marketing services.

Local Storage

Application preferences, UI theme states, and transient session settings are stored locally on your device using local storage or secure preferences to ensure a smooth, immediate user experience.

Our Mobile Application integrates with third-party service providers (SDKs) to display ads, manage subscriptions, and monitor stability. These services collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies. You can read their policies here:

  • Permanent Deletion Requests: If you want to permanently delete your account, saved profiles, and all associated data from our servers, you can submit a request to our support team at [email protected]. We will process and delete your data from our systems within 30 days.

Our services are not designed for or targeted at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers.
